We are looking for a marketing officer with a knack for communicating and a flair for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns. Marketing officer is required to contribute to existing marketing, branding and advertising plans, while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the company`s goals.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with a relevant qualification and extensive experience in a wide range of marketing functions such as communications, digital marketing, advertising, branding, and social media. To ensure success as a marketing officer you must be an organized person who is able to withstand the pressures of handling varied tasks at the same time and meeting deadlines.
# Job Responsibilities
Conducting promotional campaigns.
Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
Leading and managing the entire marketing department.
Managing and developing marketing strategies.
Organizing and distributing financial and statistical information.
Overseeing social media campaigns.
Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
Researching and analyzing data to identify and define customers.
# Job Requirements
Bachelor`s degree, Diploma, Certificate in marketing, public relations, communications, media, business or related
Basic experience in marketing.
Basic knowledge in graphic design and web design (bonus)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Knowledge of how to effectively maximise media to drive brand visibility
Knowledge of marketing tools
Solid knowledge of market research techniques.
Solid understanding of research techniques
Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics
